Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday + Sunday will ship the following Monday. Our policy is to hold your order for 24 hours to leave room for address corrections, etc. Should you need you order to ship sooner, please email us: saltwaterswaddles@gmail.com.

You will receive an email with tracking information once you order has shipped!

We offer optional package protection through Route at the time of purchase. We highly recommend adding Route as a premium service to ensure the fastest resolution in the event your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during the delivery process. By deselecting shipping protection, Saltwater Swaddles is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

*Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $5 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

LOST PACKAGES: Saltwater Swaddles is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider. We will do our best to help you locate your package but it is not our responsibility to replace, reship or offer discounts.
